Summary: quick two night stay--needed to be on "that side" of Los Angeles. Had a lot of ground to cover. The room was expected; one of the reasons I stay at hampton is their comfortable beds. The bathroom had problems and I had to "change rooms" mid stay. On a two night stay some help would've been appreciated. But...I got a "new room" and everything was fine. The staff was helpful as they could be. More than one night staff would be a great idea for circumstances such as this.
